They say opposites attract, but this was not the case for these two. They are both the loudest, funniest, and most caring people in the room; their energy as individuals and as a couple is unmatched. When Taylor realized this, she knew Robert was the one.

Robert and Taylor have built a life in Florida. Now living in the area in which Robert grew up. Taylor and Robert spend time, let’s be real, mostly working, but when they have free time, they are always up to something! Whether it’s concerts at Amalie Arena, Rays/Bucs games, the beach, or checking out the newest restaurants in Tampa and St. Pete. As we all know, these two are the biggest foodies, and food and culture mean a lot to them. They both will try anything at least once, again, one of the many reasons these two are perfect for one another;)

Three and a half years ago, Dolce became the third member of the little family Robert and Taylor were starting. On Christmas Day, as a surprise, when Taylor arrived back from Chicago from spending Christmas with her side of the family, there she was, little 3lb Dolce, who stole the hearts of everyone she’d met! She ended up being the missing piece that made the family feel whole!

Taylor & Dolce built an amazing relationship with Robert's late grandmother, Lillian Fuoco. These three spent every single morning together, drinking coffee, sifting through cookbooks, looking at pictures of the family, and Taylor’s favorite part, endless stories about little Robert. Making their bond truly special. Lillian called and looked at Taylor like she was her own, which little did Grams know, she was the main person who made her feel like Florida was her true home now. They were best friends and Taylor will never forget the void grams filled for her when moving to a new place where she knew no one. With time, Robert’s family did the same, taking Taylor under their wing and treating her like she was their own. This is something Taylor will forever be grateful for her love for the Freaky Fuoco’s runs deep and strong!

The time they have spent together has created the fundamental basis for their relationship, best friends first. Which then led to the amazing life and business they have created together. When Taylor was starting out in real estate, Robert wanted to start a new endeavor as well. Being the amazing man he is, he wanted to get into the same industry as Taylor, but more behind the scenes. After 3 years of starting White Sand Equity, they have now flipped over 20+ homes together and have a handful of rentals. They have achieved in 3 years what people wish to accomplish in a lifetime. These two were meant to be, as they have a fast-paced, high-stress life, but somehow find peace in one another at the end of every day. Again, another reason, these two were meant to be.

Throughout their travels from Bali, Iceland, Europe, and South America, creating a home in Florida gave us excitement to come back to.
